Arctic is a solid winter and expedition  tent that is built to withstand the toughest weather conditions. With four poles of equal length that are threaded into the internal pole channel system, a good aerodynamic design is created. This provides good stability on trips with strong winds and also ensures that the installation is easy. The design of the tent also ensures a good ceiling height and good lying width. These are valuable qualities if you are weather bound for periods of time, and important to have enough space for the largest sleeping mats with a winter sleeping bag on top.

Barents Arctic 3 comes with two entrances and two vestibule  compartments, a large one at the front and a smaller one at the back. It offers the possibility of storing kit in one place and cooking in another. If two or more of you are traveling together, you can also divide the compartments.

Materials:

• Outer tent: Nylon RipStop 40D with 5,000mm water column. High resistance to UV radiation and good stability under changing weather and temperature conditions.
• Inner tent: 30D polyester ripstop. Light, water-repellent and breathable.
• Bottom: Polyester 70D with 10,000mm water column. We have chosen to give this a higher water column and use a stronger material than in the outer fabric, as the bottom is exposed to extra wear and tear, in addition to moisture from the ground.
